Jacqui Symons – Jacqui Symons is an artist and designer who works in printmaking, paper and design. Based at Woodend Mill in Mossley, Lancashire, Jacqui takes inspiration from the surrounding countryside and nearby Peak District. This love of nature and the environment is apparent in her work, especially her printmaking in which she uses leaves to create intricate and detailed monoprints.

Woodend Artists – Group made up of some of the artists and craftspeople based at Woodend Mill.
Woodend Mill – Built in 1848, Woodend Mill is the last of the three counties cotton mills. Production ceased in 1951 and the mill became home to various light industries. Woodend Mill has now developed into a thriving cultural hub with over 30 artists based there including painters, photographers, sculptors, jewellers and musicians alongside a theatre group and dance academy.
The mill is set in wonderful surroundings alongside the canal and river Tame, and a great place to visit and experience the new industry that remains in this historical treasure of the past.

Wood Veneer UK – specialise in supplying wood veneer by mail order. They also offer a wide range of marquetry supplies.
